Anybody can lose body fat. The hard part is knowing how to keep it off for good. Did you ever wonder why once you lose weight it is only a matter of time before you put it right back on? The biggest problem most people have is keeping the weight off. More and more people are learning that their ability to keep the weight off has nothing to do with their diet.

The truth of the matter is that you are actually able to still eat all the foods you love while still losing weight. Better yet, you will be able to eat all those bad foods and still keep the weight off. The key is to learn what time of day you must eat certain foods. Your body will process foods differently according to the time of day. The other thing you must learn is moderation. Even though you will still be able to eat those "bad" foods, you will not be able to eat them all the time. Keeping the weight off is more of a lifestyle change rather than a change of eating habits.
