1) Give up all red meat and pork products over the next 7 days. This means absolutely all of it! No burgers, steaks, hot dogs, pork chops, ribs, etc… etc…). The key to losing weight fast is to make it possible for your body to burn through its stored fat. Red meat and pork products are insanely hard for you body to digest - meaning that it will spend all of its time trying to break these foods down instead of destroying your body fat!

2) Consume six small meals each day over the next 7 days. Your meals must consist primarily of plant based food (especially vegetables). For example, your daily eating plan should look something like this…

–Breakfast (oatmeal, apple)

–Snack (spinach salad)

–Lunch (chicken, brown rice)

–Snack (broccoli, almonds)

–Dinner (Salmon, brown rice)

–Snack (spinach salad)

3) Drink water continuously throughout the day. This means at least ten 8-ounce glasses each and every day!

4) Perform 20 minutes of high intensity exercise over the next seven days. This means that you MUST work up a sweat. High intensity exercise is an incredibly important key for firing-up your metabolism so that it can burn through your excess fat reserves! Also, it’s better to exercise in the morning on an empty stomach because it forces your body to burn the calories on hand and not what you have just eaten!

5) And here’s the most important step of the lose 5-10 pounds in 7 days plan: Follow these tips CONSISTENTLY! If you do not follow these tips don’t come crying to me when you don’t lose weight because it’s your own fault… Period!
